Although it isn’t obligatory to register as a customer to shop, we do recommend it, as this gives you access to your purchase history and helps speed up any type of process in relation to your orders.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the forgotten password link on the Account page. We’ll send you a temporary password to your email address. This will give you access to your account where you can then enter a new password.

Please note we will not be able to amend any order details once the order is dispatched.

We accept Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex. We’re sorry but we don’t accept Diners Club, Discover or Solo cards. We also accept PayPal for selected territories.
Standard rate VAT is included in all orders to the UK and Europe.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of your order details and a tracking number. Using this tracking number, you will be able to track online.
